Account & profile

• Email address, display name, profile photo (optional)
• Role (organizer, team captain, or guest)
• Team name, tag, squad logo (team accounts)
• Organizer payment details you choose to publish for scrims

Scrim & registration data

• Scrim listings, slot holds, payment proof screenshots, transaction IDs
• Room IDs/passwords or room cards organizers release
• Match results, standings, ratings, and in-app notifications

Device & technical

• Push notification token (FCM) when you allow notifications
• Device/advertising identifiers used by ad SDKs (see AdMob below)
• Crash and performance diagnostics via Firebase/Google SDKs

• Authenticate you (email/password or Google Sign-In)
• Run scrim registration, payments review, and room release flows
• Send push and in-app notifications about your scrims
• Show leaderboards and published result cards
• Display non-intrusive ads (unless you have ScrimZone Plus or an organizer account)
• Process ScrimZone Plus subscription status via Google Play and RevenueCat
• Secure the service and prevent abuse

Free team/guest accounts may see Google AdMob banner ads in browse screens (home feed, results, scrim details, leaderboard). AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve and measure ads. Ads are not shown during payment, registration, or organizer management flows.

Optional ad-free subscription is billed through Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify entitlement status on your device. We do not store your full payment card details — Google Play handles billing.

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) to operate ScrimZone. Google processes data under its policies:

We share data with service providers including:

• Google (Sign-In, Firebase, AdMob, FCM)
• RevenueCat (subscription verification)
• Expo (push delivery infrastructure when applicable)

Scrim information you publish (scrim titles, organizer payment numbers, results) is visible to other app users as part of the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and scrim data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. You may request account deletion — see Delete account.

• Opt out of personalized ads in Android device settings
• Disable push notifications in app or device settings
• Subscribe to ScrimZone Plus to remove ads
• Email us for data access or deletion requests

ScrimZone is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
